About me
Beau Dollins is currently serving as the Director of University-Model Operations at Second Baptist School University-Model in Houston, which is a six-site Classical, UM School that will have over 1200 students this fall. He co-founded the school that eventually became SBSUM with his wife, Pam, and they are still working together in this calling 15 years later. In addition to education administration, he has spent 20 years in Human Resource management including staffing, recruiting, and Professional Employer Organizations, overseeing the human capital management of millions of employees in all 50 states during his career. He has a Doctorate focused in Education, an MBA, a Sr. Professional in Human Resources designation, and a Master of Legal Studies from Texas A&M School of Law. Personally, he has eleven children, ranging in age from four to twenty-two. Three of his children are alumni of SBSUM. His oldest is a graduate of Texas A&M and serves in the White House Liaison's office to Health and Human Services is Washington D.C, one will be junior double major in finance and political science at Baylor, while one will be starting his college journey at Blinn College this fall, while the rest are on campus at SBSUM.
