About me
Beau Dollins is currently serving as the Director of University-Model Operations at Second Baptist School University-Model in Houston, which is a five-site Classical, UM School that will have over 1250 students this fall. He co-founded the school that eventually became SBSUM with his wife, Pam, and they are still working together in this calling 14 years later. In addition to education administration, he has spent 20 years in Human Resource management including staffing, recruiting, and Professional Employer Organizations, overseeing the human capital management of millions of employees in all 50 states during his career. He has a Doctorate focused in Education, an MBA, a Sr. Professional in Human Resources designation, and a Master of Legal Studies from Texas A&M School of Law. Personally, he has eleven children, ranging in age from three to twenty-one. Two of his children are alumni of SBSUM. His oldest is a graduate of Texas A&M and will be interning with the Heritage foundation this fall and the other is a sophmore at Baylor, while the rest are on campus at SBSUM.
